Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your Quorn Stone products. However, if you are not entirely happy with your choice, we offer a 14 day returns policy.

Should you wish to return your order in full, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

Once received and inspected, refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 14 days.

Please note that returns requested outside of the 14 day cancellation period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the variation which occurs with natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, decorative & glazed materials we operate a non-return policy on spare tiles.

It should be noted that any surplus tiles are worth keeping as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be utilised should any damage occur after the tiles have been installed.

Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials. We can provide an approximate figure for the level of coverage per product but we advise being led by your professional installer for the most accurate quantities required for your project.

On stocked items, we can provide a full refund on orders that have not yet been packed or dispatched. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Our non-stock/bespoke orders are non refundable or amendable once the order has been processed.

If an order is packed but not dispatched, amendments to the order can be made, but will be subject to a repacking charge and may result in the delivery being delayed.
