Ordering The Right Amount

We recommend ordering 10% extra for wastage.

For bathrooms, we recommend ordering 15% extra for wastage due to the amount of cuts required.

For Blend selections, we recommend ordering 15% as this allows a greater tolerance if you wish to select tiles.

For natural stone products, we sell to the nearest m2 or the nearest full tile (depending on the size format).

For porcelain products, we sell by the box.

Should you require more tiles, we can process a 'top up' order. Whilst we will endeavour to get your top up order to you as quickly as possible, it may take several working days.

We will do our upmost to deliver the same batch as your original order, however it must be noted that this may not be achievable and variation may occur. We always recommend dry laying top up order tiles prior to installation to ensure you are happy with the match.

If your required top up order is below 10m2 this must be processed via phone or email with a sales advisor.
